The Company's founder and Chief Technology Officer, Eryck Bredy, is well known in the industry as a technology expert in network management strategies, operating system integration, data services design, enterprise messaging and hardware / software platform solutions. The Chief Operating Officer, Roger Michelson, has over 18 years experience managing information technology, information services, administration, operations and client relationships for large and small service providers.

Eryck is well known in the industry as a storage and security expert and he is frequently interviewed by the press.
Eryck graduated from Harvard University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemical Sciences. After graduating, Eryck started as a self-employed insurance and financial services consultant, providing employee benefits design and financial planning for corporations. Eryck quickly began providing computer consulting services to many of his corporate financial planning clients. This lead to the formation of Bredy Consulting Services in 1988. As the business grew, Eryck dissolved Bredy Consulting Services (Finanical Services) in 1993 to focus on the vision of Bredy Network Management Corporation. Eryck continued to offer network consulting while creating a new strategy for the company to offer partial and full outsourcing of server, desktop and network management and support via its NetPartner™ solution. In 2007, the company was re-branded as BNMC.
Bredy is an avid audiophile and home theatre enthusiast. He enjoys bridging the gap between high fidelity, home theatre and computer networks.

Roger has extensive experience managing information technology, information services, administration, operations and client relationships for large and small service providers. For over 19 years, Roger has used his engineering and business background to lead dynamic teams to develop and support technical solutions in fast growing businesses.
Roger's career started by helping build Automated Business Development (ABD), a small, entrepreneurial, technology company into a multi-million dollar provider of both application services (ASP) and business processing outsourcing (BPO) solutions for 75% of the mutual fund industry. Roger then assisted with selling the business to PNC Global Investment Servicing (formerly PFPC Inc., a member of the PNC Financial Services Group.) He stayed on with PNC where Roger took a corporate IT role with the company as Senior Vice President and Business Information Officer (BIO) for the state and NASD compliance line of business. Reporting to the CIO, Roger managed the line of business IT resources and budget, networking and desktop infrastructure, software project management, product development, IT risk management, IT governance, business resiliency, vendor management, software client relationships and accounting & finance for the pision.
Roger has an executive MBA from Northeastern University, a graduate certificate in management from Harvard University and a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Boston University.
Roger is a member of the Boston Society for Information Management (SIM) as well as the SIM CIO Roundtable.
LinkedIn Profile Azeddine has been in Information Technology and Consulting for over 18 years. He joined BNMC in 2011 and serves as the Chief Consulting Officer. In this capacity, Azeddine will be responsible for day-to-day consulting engagements, quality delivery of projects and acting as the client liaison managing and executing engagement delivery.
Azeddine provides experienced leadership with a deep background in systems and network architecture and project management with an emphasis on quality and on-time delivery. He possesses a great ability to present technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical personnel. In addition, Azeddine is keenly aware of the need to align IT’s capabilities with business requirements.
Mr. Jakib has spent the last 12 years with Edgewater Technology as a Principal Consultant where his contributions and leadership resulted in many successful projects and follow up work. His technical experience includes several high-profile merger and acquisition projects. In this capacity Azeddine led teams in the design and implementation of Enterprise Architecture, using virtual infrastructure strategies with SAN storage solutions ranging from Equallogic, EMC, and NetApp. The result was consolidation of several hundred servers while reducing infrastructure cost for server hardware, licensing, and down time. Azeddine was also responsible for the design and implementation of several Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity projects. His hands-on work experience includes many years in several technologies and platforms including Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, Symantec and EMC.
Mr. Jakibs’s expertise and client profile includes several industries such as financial institutions, Insurance, manufacturing, food industry, cosmetic care as well as pharmaceuticals. Azeddine is a graduate of Mohamed V College and University Hassan II with a degree in Economics and holds several certifications.
LinkedIn Profile Susan joined BNMC in 2011 and serves as the Service Manager for BNMC's NetPartner Support Services and Private Cloud Hosting customers. In this capacity, Susan is responsible for the Customer Service Engineering team, including delivery of the Help Desk service, remote technical support, on site Field Engineering support and all account management for our customers.
Prior to BNMC, Susan spent 7 years at New England Network Group where she managed the professional services group and was Director of Information Technology until 2010. At NENG, Susan managed all aspects of the Consulting Services and Professional Services for their customers as well as managed the engineering staff. Susan started her IT career at Stream International where she was a Windows NT Support Professional and Technical Development Lead. She then worked in the Network Support Services group at Partners Healthcare and Network Support team at e-Travel.
Susan has a Liberal Arts degree from Massasoit Community College and she is certified in Microsoft Windows technology.
