Philip Chonacky had his first IT job at age 16 working with a Bio-Simulator on an Apple III. He has been a member of the BNMC team since 2008 and has been working in technology of one form or other for most of his career (doing full time IT work since 1996). His experience covers most areas of Information technology. He has done extensive work with Networking technology, storage and server infrastructure, as well as user support and Project Management.
Philip has a B.S. in Physics from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. He has completed training in many aspects of IT and takes every opportunity to continue knowledge of all things IT and otherwise. When he isn’t working, he’s spending time with his family, or fixing up old houses.
Vadim Goncharov joined BNMC in 2011 as a Senior Systems Engineer. Vadim has been working in the Information Technology field full time since 2001. His experience covers a broad range of technologies. He spent more than eight years in networking filed configuring networks based Cisco devices including Switches, routers and Wireless. Vadim was the lead in building several infrastructure at several datacenters using latest VMware technologies, Microsoft, EMC and Cisco hardware’s Core infrastructure with several MPLS implementations.
Vadim holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Samarkand State University, during his college days, he had summer internships at companies including IBM and Cisco. Vadim has completed Cisco courses as well as VMware, EMC, Quest and more.
Felix has been a member of BNMC’s Support Team since 2012 and has extensive hands-on experience in various Technologies, Including but not limited to Windows server 2003, 2008, 2012, Small Business Server, VMWare ESX/ESXi, storage technology as well as local and cloud-based backup solutions, networking, wireless, security, backup and disaster recovery, virtualization, administration and support.
Felix attended Northeastern University with an IT major and a security concentration. Felix’s interests include photography, robotics work, camping and gaming.
Jeff has been a member of BNMC’s Operation’s team since 2013. His skill set as a Systems Administrator includes: Windows server 2003, 2008, 2012, Small Business Server, VMWare ESX/ESXi, storage technology as well as local and cloud-based backup solutions. His role within BNMC is to provide the customer with proactive, efficient technology-related solutions. Throughout his career, Jeff has enjoyed building long-lasting relationships with his clients.
Some of Jeff’s interests in life are family, traveling, skydiving, golf, hiking and physical fitness. He also enjoys online gaming when he has the time to do so. Jeff graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in technology which has enabled him to grow in the field as an IT professional. Prior to BNMC, he worked as an IT Consultant in Beverly, MA.
Jean Louis joined BNMC in 2013 and serves as a Dedicated Onsite Engineer. In this role, Jean is responsible for onsite client support including systems, networking as well as backup and systems management.
Jean graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and is certified in A+ and has Microsoft certifications. Jean enjoys playing Sports and is a music enthusiast.
Nelia is the Office Manager for BNMC. She has been with the company since Aug 4, 2000. Her responsibilities include AP/AR, billing, HR, purchasing and customer service. Nelia provides administrative support for the executives as well as the support, project, and sales teams. Nelia has a strong background in customer service and takes great pleasure in making sure all of our customer needs are met in a friendly and professional manor.
In her spare time, Nelia enjoys gardening, baking and spending time with her husband and son.
Liz Parker joined BNMC in 2012 and works for the sales and marketing division. She has more than 20 years’ experience in sales, marketing and office management. Prior to joining BNMC, Liz worked in the IT industry as the office manager, and engineering dispatch controller. She graduated with honors, with a B.A. in Graphic Design and a minor in marketing. Liz is based in BNMC Woburn office and resides in Marblehead MA.

Keith was hired in 2013. He first started with the consulting team and has transitioned over to the NetPartner team. Keith’s skill set include Windows Server 2012, 2008 and Windows Small Business Server 2011. Keith’s role as a Systems Administrator include day to day support of operations related projects and tasks. One of Keith’s valuable assets has always been customer focused. Some of Keith’s interests in life are his family, friends and the team he works with at BNMC. Building great relationships with the people that surround him has always been a main focus in life for Keith. Keith enjoys traveling when he can, loves the outdoors, playing basketball, working out regularly and has an appetite for all types of different food.
Jerome rejoined the BNMC in 2015 as the IT Systems Architect though he previously served as Managing Senior Technical Consultant from 2000-2006. Mr. Saliga has worked in the information technology field since 1995 and during his career, has provided solutions in the Education, Financial, Insurance, Medical, Technology and Utilities sectors. His work includes design and implementation of Microsoft Exchange solutions featuring Exchange 2013 and Exchange On-Line. His skills and experience also include server and application virtualization solutions such as Citrix XenApp and VMware, high availability and business continuity solutions such as Double-take, and cloud solutions such as Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure, and IBM Softlayer. He has been recognized twice by Microsoft as a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP). Prior to his career in IT Mr. Saliga served for 10 years in the U.S. Navy in the nuclear powered submarine service, and also served a tour of duty as a Navy Instructor at U.S. Naval Submarine school.
Bob Thompson joined the systems engineering team with BNMC in 2015 as a dedicated, on site engineer. Bob’s field of expertise is diverse. He has worked with a global BioPharma company as well as an American multinational information company. His strengths include project management, leadership, as well as management and client communications. As an IT Manager, Bob has a demonstrated ability in managing multiple client sites, maintaining service level agreements and being a team player who works well with cross-functional teams.
Michael Solt joined BNMC in 2014 as the Network Operations and Security Engineer. Michael is a Certified, experienced Network Engineer with demonstrated technical skills and infrastructure and IT management experience. He is highly proficient and literate with switch, router and firewall configuration, integration and administration. As an experienced LAN/WAN network infrastructure engineer, Michael is also strong with Linux, Windows and MAC installation, configuration and engineering skills.
