BNMC is currently hiring for the following positions:
Systems Engineers: will be responsible for help desk technical support, technical consulting at existing customers, Network Operations review and project post deployment support. The engineer will be the primary source of IT services for small clients (less than 50 users) and high level support for larger clients (50 – 1,000 users).
Systems Engineers must have excellent technical understanding of the Microsoft server and desktop operating systems and networking environment with experience managing and implementing Microsoft Windows enterprise application servers (i.e. Exchange server, Active Directory, SQL server and other back office enterprise systems.) It is recommended that the system engineers have experience with virtualization (VMware), Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (Terminal Services) and/or Citrix XenApp, remote VPN and firewall technology (Cisco and SonicWALL), security and backup / DR management (Symantec BackupExec / SEP, Quest vRangerPro), networking and iSCSI / SAN technology.
The ideal candidates will be self-starters, patient and customer focused as well as having a consulting mentality (i.e. able to walk into many different companies to solve problems in environments they never saw before). The candidates MUST possess a college degree and additional technical certifications are recommended. Prior consulting or managed services experience as well as ConnectWise or N-Able experience is a plus.
Field Engineer: Engineer acts as a Tier1 support provider for customers both on site and remotely. This position provides basic “break-fix” capabilities for customer’s PCs, printers, networks and some basic server functions (e.g. backup jobs, anti-virus scanning, log review). This person should have extensive knowledge of PC workstations, printers and other simple network devices (Internet routers, desktop switches, etc.) including knowledge of Microsoft XP, Vista, 7 operating systems and hardware / software components (e.g. Microsoft Office, Symantec Endpoint Protection.) It is also required that this person have some knowledge of basic Windows Server operations, backup and messaging components and enterprise networking components such as firewalls, enterprise switches, and routers. Mac and Apple O/S knowledge would also be beneficial.
The ideal candidates will be self-starters, patient and customer focused. The candidates MUST possess a college degree and additional technical certifications are recommended such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft MCDST or MCP, Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSO). Prior consulting experience or IT project management is a plus.
Field Technician: provides basic "break - fix" capabilities. Will have a basic understanding of PCs and printers. Directly out of school or up to 2 years of experience. Example certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCP, Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT).
Sales Support : will be responsible for assisting BNMC executives with all sales tasks, following up on leads, appt. scheduling, account management, quote creation and administrative assistance.
The ideal candidates will be self-starters, patient and customer focused. The candidates MUST possess a college degree. The inside sales representative must have excellent oral and written communication skills and existing sales experience is preferred.
