Download our Remote Support ToolWe made our remote support easy.   Click the link below and then the run button twice, your support technician will then provide you with the access code to enable us to remotely work on your computer system.  

It you are a BNMC NetPartner customer, you may get live computer help right on your desktop from one of our customer service or system engineers.
  1. Give us a call at (978) 482-2020 and tell us the problem or submit an email to support@bnmc.net
  2. Your customer service engineer will call back and request your permission to share your screen, mouse and keyboard and then give you a code.
  3. Please Turn off the Pop-Up Blocker on your web browser, enter your Name and the code below and hit Click Here.
  4. You will see a new browser box open up requesting our access.


Please enter your name above, type the code you received from your Representative in the box below, then click the button to proceed.
